I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, had a noticeable stale smell and some noise issues. The service was responsive yet intrusive at times. The location was convenient to my event but suffered from heavy traffic noise. The dining area needed improvements in cleanliness. The facilities were decent overall.

The hotel rooms looked just like the pictures on the website, although they were really small, especially for a non-smoking option. However, they were clean and appropriate for the price of $70. The service was slightly rude, with a concerning experience of being threatened with an extra charge for smoking despite booking a non-smoking room. Additionally, being asked to leave or pay for another night half an hour before check-out was unwelcoming. On the upside, the location was convenient for my event, with easy access to major travel routes and a decent room with working amenities. The dining experience could use better cleaning practices and improved wash and bleach tabs, but it was still clean and close to daytime destinations.
